Sentient Development offers a simple and effective remote access tool via Internet which allows our support team to offer one-on-one support regardless of the location of the user.

 

The user simply double click's the Sentient Support icon and provides technical support with the ID access code that appears.


To ensure a high level of support Sentient Development couples our remote access with telephone support. A qualified member of knowledgeable staff can support your sales force on the road, at a show or in the office.

 

Once the Sentient Support tool has been disconnected it cannot be reconnected again by technical support without initial activation by the client or sales representative.

 

Sentient Support is automatically installed as part of the REMOTE Series software solution.
